Soccer Recap: Chaffey Takes a Loss

Saturday just wasn't the day for Chaffey's offense. They came up short against the Oak Hills Bulldogs on Saturday, falling 4-0. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 698th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 28th).

Chaffey has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 1-5-2 record this season. As for Oak Hills, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Chaffey has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Palm Desert on the 26th. As for Oak Hills, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 1-0 win against Paloma Valley on the 27th.
