Volleyball Recap: Madison Gets the Win

It was close, but on Wednesday the Madison Trojans sidestepped the Dearborn Pioneers for a 2-1 victory.

Madison had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 20-25, 25-18, 25-14.

The win got Madison back to even at 1-1. As for Dearborn, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Madison wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Lincoln on the 20th. As for Dearborn, they are taking a road trip to square off against Salem at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
