Basketball Recap: Hydaburg Takes a Loss

Hydaburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 24th straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 33-25 to the Kake Thunderbirds. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Thunderbirds this season, with their most recent loss being a 54-26 defeat back in January.

Hydaburg's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Kake, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Hydaburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Kake, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 34-32 defeat against Skagway on the 1st.
