Softball Recap: St. Mary Central Catholic Takes a Loss

St. Mary Central Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 19th straight loss. They came up short against the Gibsonburg Golden Bears, falling 11-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Golden Bears this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 21-0 back in April.

St. Mary Central Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 0-19. As for Gibsonburg, they pushed their record up to 12-6 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.

St. Mary Central Catholic didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 loss against Western Reserve on the 8th. As for Gibsonburg, they have also already played their next contest, an 11-1 victory against Old Fort on the 8th.
