Spooner's game on Thursday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Cumberland Beavers by a score of 2-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Cumberland this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 back in September.
Spooner's goal came courtesy of Brody Garrett, who's now up to six this season.
