Softball Recap: Palisades Dolphins vs. Los Angeles CES Unicorns

Palisades had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the seven-run drubbing they dealt Los Angeles CES on Friday. Kharlee Sanders was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Those eight strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also stellar in the batter's box, firing off two home runs, five RBI, and one double while going 4-for-5.
