Basketball Recap: Philo Electrics vs. Sheridan Generals

The Philo Electrics pushed their score all the way to 59 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 65-59 hit to the loss column at the hands of Sheridan. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Saturday (55), Philo still had to take the loss.

Philo has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season. As for Sheridan, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 10-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Philo has the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome the Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on February 6th.
