Softball Recap: Roswell Takes a Loss

Saturday just wasn't the day for Roswell's offense. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Artesia Bulldogs on Saturday. The Coyotes just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Roswell's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Artesia, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season.

Roswell and Artesia will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Coyotes are set to challenge their familiar foe Hobbs at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Artesia will square off against rival Goddard at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
