Stewarts Creek will bounce into Friday's contest after beating Oakland, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. The stars were shining brightly for Stewarts Creek in a 76-58 victory over Oakland on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Red Hawks.

Meanwhile, Grundy County was just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 58-57 to Cannon County. The Yellowjackets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Stewarts Creek has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 4-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.5 points per game. As for Grundy County, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.
