There's no place like home for Southeast Bulloch, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Toombs County Bulldogs 3-2. The win continues a trend for the Yellow Jackets in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won nine in a row.

Southeast Bulloch took Toombs County into a fifth set where they got it done with a eight-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-19, 25-20, 22-25, 15-7.

Southeast Bulloch's win on Thursday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Allana Taylor, who had five digs and two aces. Those two aces gave Taylor a new career-high.

Taylor wasn't the only good server: Southeast Bulloch was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 23 aces. The Yellow Jackets are 8-2 when they serve at least ten aces.
