Gobles has gone a perfect 4-0 against Bloomingdale recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Tigers are taking a road trip to square off against the Cardinals at 4:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Gobles and 13 for Bloomingdale dating back to last season.

Gobles came up short against Kalamazoo Christian on Saturday, falling 15-1.

Meanwhile, Bloomingdale scored the most runs they've had this season on Monday, but it wasn't enough. They lost 23-10 to Lawton. Even if the Cardinals couldn't come away with the win, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their hitters, which had struggled int the games prior.

Gobles' defeat dropped their record down to 19-7. As for Bloomingdale, their loss dropped their record down to 0-8.

Everything went Gobles' way against Bloomingdale when the teams last played back in April of 2023, as Gobles made off with a 13-2 victory. Will the Tigers repeat their success, or do the Cardinals have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
