Volleyball Recap: Mayo Comes Up Short

The Mayo Spartans came up short against the Champlin Park Rebels on Friday and fell 2-0.

Mayo's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Champlin Park, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-7.

Mayo has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Eagan on the 10th. As for Champlin Park, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Minneota on the 10th.
