Volleyball Recap: Telluride Now 9-2 over Last 11 Games

Telluride posted their closest win since September 26th on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Monte Vista Pirates, sneaking past 2-1.

Delia Noel paced Telluride's offense, picking up 12 kills. Noel got some help from Hazel Noel and her 14 assists. Hazel and Delia didn't slow down when it came to serving: they led the team with two apiece.

Telluride is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. As for Monte Vista, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-9.

Telluride does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Monte Vista, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Lake County on the 1st.
