Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Glenn). Everything went their way against the Parkland Mustangs on Tuesday as they made off with a 19-1 victory. The win continues a trend for the Bobcats in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now won seven in a row.

Tyler Goodin spent all four innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on three hits and racked up ten Ks. He has become a key player for Glenn: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least eight strikeouts, but 6-9 otherwise.

On the hitting side, Glenn got a massive performance out of Isaiah Turley, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3. The dominant performance also gave Turley a new career-high in RBI (three). Easton Anderson was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.

Glenn always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .667. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Glenn's victory bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Parkland, their loss was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-18.

Looking ahead, Parkland will welcome Calvary Day School at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Mustangs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Cougars have averaged an impressive 6.3 runs per game this season. Glenn will be paying especially close attention to Parkland's contest: after Parkland faces off against Calvary Day School, they'll take on Glenn again at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
