Basketball Game Preview: Eagle Pass Eagles vs. United South Panthers

The Eagle Pass Eagles will venture away from home to challenge the United South Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Last Tuesday, Eagle Pass ended up a good deal behind United and lost 64-48. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, United South came up short against Medina Valley on Tuesday and fell 57-47.

United South has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 18-11 record this season. As for Eagle Pass, their loss dropped their record down to 16-10.

Eagle Pass came out on top in a nail-biter against United South in their previous meeting on January 7th, sneaking past 55-53. The rematch might be a little tougher for Eagle Pass since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
