St. Xavier put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Lloyd Memorial Juggernauts by a score of 76-64.

St. Xavier was led to victory by Chief Cameron and Chance Dillingham. Cameron went 8 for 10 on his way to 21 points, while Dillingham went 7 of 14 on his way to 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeremiah Jackson, who posted 13 points and five rebounds.

St. Xavier's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Lloyd Memorial, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

St. Xavier and Woodford County will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lloyd Memorial, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Covington Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
