Basketball Recap: Sidney Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Sidney was the 50-40 winner over East Mills when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Sidney Cowboys took a 45-34 hit to the loss column at the hands of East Mills on Friday. The Cowboys have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sidney's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-7. As for East Mills, they pushed their record up to 11-6 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Sidney wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 50-28 win against Red Oak on the 27th. East Mills has also already played their next matchup (against Fremont-Mills), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
