Basketball Recap: Westminster Christian Victorious

Westminster Christian's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They pulled ahead with a 47-46 photo finish over the Norland Vikings.

Westminster Christian got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Miguel Riggs out in front who went 6 for 9 on his way to 16 points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Julian Crespo, who went 6 of 13 on his way to 16 points.

When it comes to explaining why Norland lost, don't look at Lorenzo Major. Despite the final result, he went 7 for 15 on his way to 19 points. Oneal Norelus was another key player, putting up eight points and eight rebounds.
