Beecher had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the eight-run drubbing they dealt Momence on Thursday. The Bobcats put the hurt on the Momence Athletics with a sharp 13-5 win. The victory was nothing new for the Bobcats as they're now sitting on six straight.

Brady Cain tossed a big game, tossing five innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits.

On the hitting side, Santino Imhof was incredible, going 3-for-4 with four stolen bases, three runs, and four RBI. Those four stolen bases gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Chase Maher, who got on base in four of his six plate appearances with two runs and two RBI.

Beecher kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least ten hits in six consecutive matchups.

Beecher's record now sits at 19-8. As for Momence, they dropped their record down to 4-14 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Beecher will welcome Manteno at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Momence does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
