Baseball Recap: Monson Comes Up Short

Monson blew Easthampton/Hampshire out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Monday Easthampton/Hampshire got their revenge. The Mustangs fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 4-2. The Mustangs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Monson now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Easthampton/Hampshire, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Monson will take on Ludlow at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Easthampton/Hampshire, they will welcome Greenfield at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
