Analy had already won six in a row and they went ahead and made it seven on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Cardinal Newman Cardinals. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on April 1st.

While Analy might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Cardinal Newman scored at least 21 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-23, 26-24.

Magnus Niedermair paced Analy's offense, picking up 17 kills. Niedermair got some help from Bryce Williams and his 28 assists. Niedermair was also solid from the service line: he led the team with four aces.

Analy's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-5. As for Cardinal Newman, their loss dropped their record down to 7-10.

Analy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-1 win against American Canyon on the 29th. As for Cardinal Newman, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Windsor on the 29th.
