Soccer Recap: Eastside Takes a Loss

Eastside entered their contest against Riverside on Monday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Eagles lost 4-1 to the Warriors. Eastside were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Riverside earlier this season, when they won 2-2.

Eastside's goal came courtesy of Ezra Eeninburg, who's now up to two this season.

Eastside's defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 8-1 and their overall record down to 10-3. As for Riverside, they pushed their record up to 7-5 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.
