Basketball Recap: Northside L Snags Fifth Victory in Last Six Games

Northside L won the last time they faced Living Water Homeschool, and JEFFREY WHEELER did his part to make sure it happened again. The Northside L Lions took their matchup on Monday with ease, bagging a 78-50 victory over the Living Water Homeschool Marlins thanks in part to WHEELER, who went 8 of 11 to rack up 21 points. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Another player making a difference was BEN HEASTON, who posted nine points along with six assists and six boards. That's the most assists he has posted since back in December of 2024.

Northside L has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 17-15 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.8 points over those games. As for Living Water Homeschool, their loss dropped their record down to 2-11.

Coming up, Northside L will venture away from home to face off against Kokomo HomeSchool at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday. Kokomo HomeSchool will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Northside L surely won't give up without a fight. Living Water Homeschool does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
