Volleyball Recap: Bloom Comes Up Short

Bloom was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Crete-Monee Warriors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on Tuesday.

Bloom's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Crete-Monee, their victory bumped their record up to 5-8.

Coming up, Bloom will face off against Rich Township at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Crete-Monee, they will be taking part in a tournament against Joliet Central at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
