Volleyball Game Preview: Draper APA Eagles vs. Kanab Cowboys

The Draper APA Eagles will face off against the Kanab Cowboys at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Draper APA is coming into the contest hot, having won their last nine games.

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Draper APA and Intermountain Christian have met, but the home crowd finally got their W last Wednesday. The Eagles blew past the Lions 3-0.

One reason for the win was Draper APA's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-12, 25-7.

Meanwhile, with a playoff win on the line, Kanab rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 3-1. The Cowboys haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Kanab was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-15, 23-25, 25-9.

Kanab's win bumped their record up to 7-16. As for Draper APA, their victory bumped their record up to 23-3.
