Baseball Recap: Minneapolis Comes Up Short

Minneapolis lost to Ellinwood back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Lions fell 6-2 to the Eagles.

Minneapolis dropped their record down to 4-17 with the loss, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Ellinwood, their record now sits at 9-12.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Eagles beat Minneapolis by a score of 11-10 later that day.
