Recap: Learning Foundation & Performing Arts Wolves vs. Ajo Red Raiders

The Learning Foundation & Performing Arts Wolves waltzed into their match Thursday with six straight wins but they left with seven. Couldn't have asked for a better start to 2024 than the 76-15 blowout they got on the road against Ajo. The result was nothing new for Learning Foundation & Performing Arts, who have now won six games by 22 points or more so far this season.

Learning Foundation & Performing Arts' victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Thaddeus Hawkins, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds. Hawkins hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. Amaree Davis was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with four steals.

Learning Foundation & Performing Arts' win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Ajo, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Learning Foundation & Performing Arts will take on Trinity Christian at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday. Trinity Christian is looking to tack on another W to their five-game streak on the road. As for Ajo, they will be playing in front of their home fans against A+ Charter School at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
