Basketball Recap: Randolph Takes a Loss

Randolph was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 53-25 loss at the hands of the Bellingham Blackhawks. While losing is never fun, the Blue Devils can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings (they are ranked 194th, while the Blackhawks are ranked 49th).

Randolph's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Bellingham, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Randolph has already played their next contest (against Southeastern RVT), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Bellingham won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Norton at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Norton will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Bellingham surely won't give up without a fight.
