Softball Recap: Saginaw Takes a Loss

Saginaw was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 7-1 to the Legacy Leopards. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Leopards this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-1 last Saturday.

Saginaw saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Rhyan Angles, who went a perfect1-for-1 with one triple and one run.

Saginaw's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Legacy, their record is now 3-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Saginaw will face off against Arlington at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Legacy, they will square off against Muenster at 5:00 p.m. on February 24th.
