French Settlement won the last time they faced Amite and things went their way on Thursday too. The French Settlement Lions walked away with a 62-52 win over the Amite Warriors. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 76th, while the Warriors are ranked 329th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
