 Edison had to endure  a  six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They had just enough and edged the Madera Coyotes out  7-6. For Edison, this counts as revenge for the   4-0 defeat Madera walked away with the last time they faced one another  back in May of 2023.
 The team  relied heavily on  Kameron Bowen, who  went 2-for-3 with a  stolen base, two  RBI,  and a  double. The team also got some help courtesy of  Joseph Sanchez, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-3.
 Edison's victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Madera, their loss  ended  a  three-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 8-10.
 Edison will head out on the road to  face off against  Sanger at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Sanger's pitching crew has only allowed 3.2  runs per game  this season, so Edison's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Madera, they will head out on the road to  challenge  Justin Garza at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
