Eli Nix produced another solid performance rushing for 91 yards and three scores on only 11 carries, while also throwing for 217 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 77.8% of his passes. His passing game has become a key predictor of Heritage Christian's success: the team is 5-1 when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 1-3 otherwise. The Eagles also got help from Aidan Lyon, who showed off his sure hands for 94 receiving yards.

When it comes to explaining why Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter lost, don't look at Tavien Fox. Despite the final result, he rushed for 134 yards and a pair of touchdowns while picking up 7.4 yards per carry, and also threw for 82 yards and one TD.
