After losing to ALA - Queen Creek the last time they met, Eastmark decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Eastmark Firebirds walked away with an 82-74 win over the ALA - Queen Creek Patriots on Thursday. The victory was nothing new for the Firebirds as they're now sitting on four straight.

Eastmark's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Rhys Walcott, who went 12 for 19 en route to 27 points and six boards. Walcott is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Dylan Gesner, who went 5 of 11 on his way to 20 points.

Eastmark was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in November of 2024.

Eastmark pushed their record up to 14-8 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.0 points per game. As for ALA - Queen Creek, their defeat ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 13-8.

Eastmark didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 49-38 loss against ALA - Gilbert North on the 31st. ALA - Queen Creek has also already played their next matchup, a 79-49 victory against Combs on the 31st.
