Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask East Newton). They simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat the Verona Wildcats 67-23. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Patriots with their most commanding win of the season.

East Newton's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-6. As for Verona, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.
