Football Recap: Marion Comes Up Short

Marion was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 51-16 defeat at the hands of the West Florence Knights. That's two games in a row now that the Swamp Foxes have lost by exactly 35 points.

Marion's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for West Florence, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Coming up, Marion will square off against Dillon at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for West Florence, they will challenge Wilson at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
