Baseball Recap: Bunnell Bulldogs vs. Masuk Panthers
Bunnell extended their losing streak to three on Wednesday, dropping their season record down to 8-8 in the process. They lost 11-0 to the Masuk Panthers. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.
As for Masuk, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-7. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for they considering their one-run performance the contest before.
For Masuk's part, Connor Fulchino was a major factor no matter where he played. Fulchino has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one stolen base.
