Volleyball Game Preview: Riverdale Chieftains vs. Pecatonica Vikings

The Riverdale Chieftains will venture away from home to challenge the Pecatonica Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Riverdale has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the matchup with three straight defeats, while Pecatonica will come in with four straight wins.

Riverdale is headed into the match having just suffered their biggest loss since October 17, 2024 on Thursday. They came up short against Cuba City, falling 3-0.

Meanwhile, Pecatonica got the win against Albany on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0.

Pecatonica was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 11 aces in four consecutive contests.
