Basketball Recap: Beyer Continues Road Dominance on Wednesday

Beyer waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came out on top against the Ceres Bulldogs by a score of 51-44. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 66-42 back in January.

Ceres lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Manuel Ortega, who posted ten points and six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Cashton Almeida, who put up six points.

Beyer's victory was their ninth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 24-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.2 points over those games. As for Ceres, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-17.
