Hallsville has gone 7-2 against Whitehouse recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Hallsville Bobcats face off against the Whitehouse Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. Neither of these teams found much success offensively their last time out, scoring well below their season average.

Last Friday, Hallsville came up short against Lufkin and fell 43-30. The Bobcats have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Whitehouse was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 52-24 loss at the hands of Tyler. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 726th, while the Lions are ranked 274th).

Hallsville's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 21-9. As for Whitehouse, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-17.

Hallsville beat Whitehouse 55-45 when the teams last played back in December of 2024. Will Hallsville repeat their success, or does Whitehouse have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
