Basketball Recap: Tyrone Takes a Loss

Tyrone was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 75-22 defeat at the hands of the Arnett Wildcats. While losing is never fun, the Bobcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 357th, while the Wildcats are ranked 62nd).

Tyrone now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Arnett, they pushed their record up to 12-3 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Tyrone will head out to face off against Balko/Forgan at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Balko/Forgan will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Tyrone surely won't give up without a fight. Arnett has already played their next game (against Frederick), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
