Basketball Recap: Amory's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak on the Road + How To Watch

Amory not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since December 10, 2024 (when they won 69-33). They were the clear victors by a 62-36 margin over the East Webster Wolverines. For the Panthers, this counts as revenge for the 74-57 victory the Wolverines walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2023.

Amory's win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-1. As for East Webster, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Looking ahead, Amory will challenge Aberdeen at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers will be up against the Bulldogs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 59 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for East Webster, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on South Pontotoc at 7:30 p.m. on December 5.
