Baseball Recap: Sachse's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Sachse had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They put the hurt on the North Garland Raiders with a sharp 10-0 victory. The Mustangs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by six runs or more this season.

Sachse's win bumped their record up to 13-4. As for North Garland, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-15-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sachse will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Naaman Forest at 7:00 p.m. on April 15. As for North Garland, it'll be Northside v. Southside when they and South Garland meet at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. North Garland is facing South Garland at the right time seeing as South Garland is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
