On Tuesday Jeff Moran didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over 4.1 innings pitched. The effort marked the fewest hits Moran has had since back in March. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his third in a row with less than two walks. For the year, he has an ERA of 2.80 over 25 innings pitched.

Even though Moran couldn't lead Stewarts Creek over Lebanon, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
