Regis was sadly handed a defeat on Tuesday, but Ethan Emch did his best to prevent it. Emch turned in his biggest game of the season, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-2. Those runs were his first of the season.

Even though Emch couldn't lead Regis over Culver, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rams will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 120 places lower in Oregon), but they're not letting that get them down.
