Lewisville had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2.5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Lower Richland Diamond Hornets a 3-0 shutout. The Lions better thank their lucky stars for the performance of Marcel Fee, as he scored every single goal for his team.

Lewisville now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Lower Richland, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lewisville will host Governor's School for Science & Math at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
