There's no place like home for Clay City, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They really took it to the North Central Thunderbirds for the full four quarters, racking up a 64-14 victory. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Eels had established a 33-point advantage.

Taylor Rhienhart went supernova, shooting 40% from the field en route to 20 points in addition to seven boards and five steals. The game was her third in a row with at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Ellie Stoelting, who posted six points along with 14 rebounds and four steals.

Clay City was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since the start of last season.

The win got Clay City back to even at 1-1. As for North Central, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
