Basketball Recap: Hamburg Drops Highest Score of Season Against Stanton

Hamburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 32nd straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Stanton Vikings, falling 77-25. One positive for the Wildcats, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Hamburg's loss dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Stanton, they pushed their record up to 15-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hamburg has already played their next matchup (against Essex), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Stanton will square off against Fremont-Mills at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
