Greenwood had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They had just enough and edged the Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy WolfPack out 44-41. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the WolfPack: they've now won eight in a row.

Several WolfPack players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ethan Bowen, who went 5-for-10 on his way to 14 points. Bowen is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 42% in the last four games he's played. Chase Luckovich was another key player, going 5-for-10 to rack up 12 points.

Greenwood's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-5. As for Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-9.

We've got a battle between Wildcats coming up. Halifax will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something Greenwood surely won't give up without a fight.
