Galesburg had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Comer Catamounts 70-35. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 68-33 back in December of 2024.

Galesburg's win bumped their record up to 8-13. As for Comer, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.

Galesburg will take on Limestone at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Comer, they and Bremen will face off at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday without much rest having both just played. Bremen will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Comer surely won't give up without a fight.
