Port Jervis had already won eight in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it nine on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Our Lady of Lourdes Warriors as they made off with a 13-1 win. Considering the Raiders have won ten contests by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Port Jervis pushed their record up to 10-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Our Lady of Lourdes, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-13.

Looking ahead, Port Jervis will head out on the road to challenge Minisink Valley at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. Our Lady of Lourdes does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
